Skydive boogie!
Suddenly I’m back in Norway after one week in Sweden. The trip went to Örebro to take part in the “Ultra boogie” my skydiving club had organized.
I don’t know, but hardly anything can make me feel as complete as throwing myself out of a plane 4000m up in the air. Except for surf, a good climb or sailing in stormy weather. We had perfect weather the first days but ended up unlucky the last days. That gave me enough time to hang out with family, meet some friends, go for a climb and check out my new surf mobile. I’m planning a big adventure this fall, but I’ll tell you more about that another day.
I really enjoyed my time back! Up here it’s kind of been a lot of work, a lot of strange weather and lack of civilisation. Even though it’s only 1000m above sea level I’m still starting to wonder if it is affecting me since I’m not feeling as creative, life inspired and filled with energy as I usually feel. All those feelings came back during the trip and it was kind of nice to feel that I’ve still got it.
I’m realizing that I’m getting ready to leave this place.
And, I can’t wait to get back in to the air and work on my freeflying skills that I started to explore during the boogie.
