Enough

Enough!

 

Sometimes you just have those days or periods. When you feel like you are not enough. But, you’re always enough. The fact that you’re living and that y o u are here, is enough.

 

Even though everything does not always feel alright you have to remember that everything will be just fine. Life is changing, and even when the shity days comes you have to remember that the good days will be back. And, since life is changing remember to take care of those good moments and appreciate those people that care about you, that love you.

 

If it doesn’t feel any better. Be prepared to change things. Even smaller changes can make a big impact in your life.

 

A small thing list for gray-ish days:

-       drink a strong cup of coffee and eat a solid brekkie

-       make a happy list and write a note everyday from something that made you happy

-       put on some crazy music on high volume and go for it

-       take a walk outside and touch the nature, notice how it feels

-       look at a movie or clip that always make you laugh

-       call your family or friend and tell them how you feel

-       go out and pick a bunch of flowers or plant some seeds

-       put your life in perspective to universe and feel your problems melt away

-       paint something and use heaps of colours

-       write lists of the craziest things you could come up with to do in life

-       cook something super advanced and enjoy it

-       go for a swim and practice to swim under the water for a looong time

-       go out and climb up a couple of trees

-       turn of that computer and phone

-       buy a little pet to take care of

-       book a meeting with someone you want to meet again

-       write a business plan and start acting

or just crawl up in your bed with one of those movies that you like...
